Richard A. Lanigan, CPA
Dick is the managing parter of Lanigan & Kolb and has been practicing in public accounting since 1973 working with numerous small to medium sized organizations. He has also provided numerous training seminars on financial topics concerning nonprofit organizations. Dick is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Minnesota Society of CPAs.

Stephen J. Kolb, CPA
Steve is the tax partner at Lanigan & Kolb and has been practicing in public accounting since 1978 and is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Minnesota Society of CPAs. Steve has also been involved in presenting various training seminars.

James A. Lanigan, CPA
Jamie is the audit partner at Lanigan & Kolb and has been practicing public accounting since 1997, providing audit and other accounting services for small to medium size businesses. Jamie's client experience includes numerous nonprofit organizations, manufacturing, printing, insurance, real estate, and professional service companies. He also serves on the Board of Directors of various nonprofit organizations. Jamie is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Minnesota Society of CPAs.
