Richard A. Lanigan, CPA
Dick is the Managing Partner of Lanigan & Kolb and has been practicing in
public accounting since 1973 working with numerous small to medium sized organizations. He
has also provided numerous training seminars on financial topics concerning nonprofit
organizations. Dick is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants
and the Minnesota Society of CPAs.

Stephen J. Kolb, CPA
Steve is the Tax Partner of Lanigan & Kolb and has been practicing in public
accounting since 1978 providing tax and accounting services to small and medium sized businesses,
including auditing and consulting services to nonprofit organizations conducting lawful
gambling operations. He has also been involved in presenting various training seminars.
Steve is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Minnesota
Society of CPAs.

James A. Lanigan, CPA
Jamie is the Auditing Partner of Lanigan & Kolb and has been practicing in
public accounting since 1997 providing audit and other accounting services for small to medium
sized businesses. Clientele experience includes numerous nonprofit organizations, manufacturing,
printing, insurance, real estate and professional service companies. He also serves on the
Board of Directors of various nonprofit organizations. Jamie is a member of the American
Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Minnesota Society of CPAs.

Donna K. Westad
Donna has been the Secretary/Office Manager at Lanigan & Kolb since the
company began back in 1985. Her experience and duties consist of a wide range of activities.
These include completing monthly ledger entries, payroll, payroll taxes, proofing and
finalizing audits and more. She is knowledgeable in the various industries and entities
the firm works with on a daily basis.
